Named after the turquoise gemstone cherished by ancient Mexican cultures, our Chiapas Turquesa comes from smallholder farmers in northern Chiapas. Grown at 900–1,100 meters, this coffee is known for its large beans, smooth body, and round, balanced flavor — the perfect morning cup.
Shaped by the region’s history and the resilience of Indigenous producers, these coffees are hand-planted, harvested, and prepared with care. Each farmer typically produces just 10–15 bags, resulting in a coffee that is both rare and remarkable.
