Our coffee is specialty coffee, which means our coffee beans are top graded. We focus on fair trade, small farm and small lot coffees, which allows us to bring some of the best coffees in the world to our customers at an accessible price point.
Specialty coffee is more than just coffee, it is like fine wines. Each origin, region, and even farm brings its unique imprint to the bean. Roasting is part science and part art. Our goal is to develop the best roast profile for each bean, each season, to garner the best flavor profile on offer. The passion we have for each bag of bean is evident in our roasted coffee, and our enthusiastic staff. We love coffee and we love talking about coffee - it is a magical bean in our view.
Our main coffeehouse and roaster is located on beautiful Cape Cod in a large, airy space with 28 foot soaring ceilings. Our roasting machine is on full display so you can experience the small batch process of roasting coffee beans.
You'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with good music, and a great vibe to hang out in to enjoy your drink. We also offer an assortment of pastry treats to enjoy with your coffee.
Our second location is at 100 TECH in Stoughton, where we offer the same coffee menu to the building tenants and area locals. Come visit when in the area.

During that time, we explored many coffee houses and spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and taking in the the varying atmospheres.
After many long discussions on how we could enjoy the benefits of owning a house on Cape Cod and live and work there, we decided on coffee. Good coffee houses are far and few to be found on Cape Cod, and thus three fins evolved. READ MORE
