Fulfillment Team Member – Part-time year round position. Approx. 20 hours per week

 We are looking for a genuinely friendly, organized, and detailed oriented person to provide fulfillment of our products, which includes packing, stocking & shipping for our retail, wholesale and online orders. There is flexibility in this role however, you must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, along with a Saturday or Sunday as needed during the summer busy season.

A Day in the Life of your Job:  Each day you come in, you will assess the retail stocking needs in our coffeehouse, package beans and other product as necessary and stock the shelves.  You will monitor our incoming order channels, which includes online, subscription and wholesale orders.  Every week you will communicate & coordinate with our Roasting team on known and forecasted product coffee needs. 

 You will prepare, label, package and fulfill orders with accuracy for the daily & weekly schedules, paying attention to packaging size, weight and shipping costs.  You will ensure stock of labels, packing bags, shipping boxes, and other materials to fulfill orders.

 You will also assist with merchandizing organization, stocking and counts while contributing to various production housekeeping tasks.

 Qualifications:  You have very good attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.  

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and aptitude to work with new systems and software such as subscription applications and shipping platforms.   You have investigative and problem-solving skills in order to respond to customer queries on deliveries and shipping queries.
