Barista Shift Lead for our West Dennis location. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND POSITIONS (not temporary or seasonal).
Saturday - Wednesday with Thursday and Friday’s off. There is some flexibility in shifting the days but you must be available on Weekends.
The Barista Shift Lead is responsible for being the point person to other Front of House crew members such as other Barista’s, Cashier and Runners during shifts. This involves direct customer service and directly supporting other team members.
Lead by example, demonstrating positivity and maintaining clear communication with the entire team through active participation in all front-of-house service duties.
Actively support and work alongside the front-of-house team, including making espresso drinks, brew, baking pastries, working the Point of Sale, and covering breaks for other service team members.
Provide lead support during shifts, including coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth operations and a clean environment.
Responsible for performing opening and closing duties, and till management
Direct and train other employees on shift duties and priorities
Deliver outstanding customer service, actively addressing customer needs and resolving
any issues or complaints with efficiency and professionalism.Escalate issues to management / owners as necessary to proactively address needs
Requirements:
